It’s been so many years that I’ve been waiting for this
Something different, something better
But now that i’m here this awkward feeling persists
Strange reluctance and disappointment
I’ll try to be clear, complete and honest
This life of abundance - I’m grateful for it
But I don’t feel secure, can’t rightly make a promise
